The processing process of brush yarn generally includes the following steps

Brushing: Put the woven fabric into a special brushing machine, and brush the fluff on the surface of the yarn by mechanical brushing. The brushing machine is usually composed of a brush roller, a transmission system, etc. The bristles on the brush roller will pull up the fibers on the surface of the yarn to form fluff.

Finishing: The fabric after brushing needs to be finished to remove excess fluff and make it more smooth.
